Your parking pass
- Park in an available permitted space before paying.
- The flat price is $15 for 12 consecutive hours from successful payment. The exact expiration appears on your pass in Central Time.
- A pass is linked to one license plate and issuing state. Check both before paying.
- Payment does not reserve a space or guarantee availability if you leave and return.
- Closing the page does not stop the clock. Time does not renew automatically.
- Follow the signs and restrictions posted at the lot. Move your vehicle before the pass expires unless you have purchased a new valid pass.
Problems and refunds
If you entered the wrong plate, paid twice, or need a refund, contact the operator with your payment reference. Refunds are handled individually through Stripe. Do not make another payment while an existing payment is being verified. A full refund voids the associated parking pass.
Test payments
A pass marked demonstration or test payment is not valid for parking. No parking entitlement is granted by testing this website.
