Information used for parking
We record your license plate, issuing state, parking start and expiration, payment amount, tax and refund amounts, and Stripe payment references to operate the lot and resolve payment issues. Authorized operators can correct plate errors, with a record of the correction.
Payments
Stripe processes your card and the email address used for receipts. This website does not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe’s handling of payment information is described in its privacy policy.
Cookies and private links
A necessary cookie lets this browser reopen your parking pass for up to 30 days. Owner sign-in uses a separate session cookie. Your private pass link allows someone who has it to view that pass; keep it private. We do not add advertising trackers.
Access and retention
Records are available to authorized parking operators and hosting/database providers supporting the website. We retain records for parking operations, payment disputes, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact the operator with a privacy or deletion request; some financial records may need to be retained.
